We can’t offer you a full refund for digital products and course access, but we do want you to have what you paid for, so let us know if you had trouble receiving the product and we will work it out.
Most of our affiliate partners have return policies, but do check with the store to be certain you are happy with their policy before purchase.
Most stores require that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned in most stores nor do they accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
